DIACONAT PROTESTANT 26-07

Digital welcome guides for people supported by a social care organization

Web Mobile

Founded in 1907, Diaconat Protestant 26-07 is a French association supporting people in extreme poverty across 24 facilities in the Drôme and Ardèche departments. French law (loi n° 2002-2) requires every resident to receive a formal welcome guide: it was previously a printed document, costly to produce, difficult to keep up to date, environmentally wasteful, and not always accessible to all residents.

Using PandaSuite, the association built 24 digital welcome guides (one per facility) accessible without any download, account, or internet connection, via a simple QR code. Each guide brings together everything a resident needs throughout their stay: an introduction to the association and the facility, downloadable administrative and legal documents, one-tap phone numbers, maps, and key contacts.

To ensure accessibility for all residents, audio playback buttons are available throughout each guide, and the content is offered in multiple languages. Residents can consult the information at their own pace and in full autonomy, regardless of their level of French or literacy.

Each of the 24 guides is maintained independently, allowing Diaconat Protestant to update content facility by facility, with no technical barrier and no print delays.
