No. PandaSuite is free for as long as you want, with one active project. You can build it, test every feature and preview it on any device for free.
No. Your account (Free or Pro) is for building your projects in the Studio; publishing is done through an Application or Content hub plan, whatever your account. The Pro account adds unlimited projects, project management features, custom fonts and priority support.
Just one per application, whatever the number of screens: the same app can be installed on as many devices as you want. For example, a museum with 12 Windows kiosks across its galleries, all showing the same visitor guide, is covered by one Single plan: €990 a year with instant updates, or €990 once with manual updates (excl. VAT). If your kiosks show different content, put the variations in the same project, or bring up to 5 projects together in one app with a Multi content hub (building several projects takes a Pro account). A Single plan includes the native app for one family of devices (iOS/Android or MacOS/Windows/Linux) and the web app, on any device, hosted by PandaSuite, except with the one-time payment: you then host it yourself from a ZIP export. For native apps on both families, choose Multi.
With a Single plan, your project is published as a web app, available on every device, and as a native app (the one people install) for the family of devices you choose: phones and tablets (iPhone, iPad, Android), or desktops (Windows, macOS, Linux). So one Single plan covers a native app for iPhone and iPad, or for iOS and Android. For a native app on both mobile and desktop, or to bring several projects together in one app, choose Multi.

A project is a set of interactive screens that you build in PandaSuite. You can share it through a PandaSuite link or publish it as a white-labelled app (Applications and Content hubs plans).
Yes, you can cancel your Pro account at any time. If you do, you'll be downgraded to the Free account. Your projects won't be available through sharing links anymore and you won't be able to use the previous project management features (duplicate, transfer..).
When you unsubscribe, you no longer have access to PandaSuite services: hosting, statistics, push notifications ... If you have chosen the annual mode, you can export the original files of your application (export, IPA/APK...) and deploy anyway but no update is possible.
When creating an app, you customize the icon, name, interface. There is no PandaSuite branding anymore. With the Pro account, sharing links are still labelled pandasuite.com
No. PandaSuite Viewer is for testing your projects while you build them and getting them approved by the people around you, and it carries the PandaSuite brand. For your end users, publish an app under your own brand, with a single project or several brought together in a content hub.

Your app is yours and keeps working as is, at no extra cost. To edit your app and get updates again, simply pay for another year.
