MJC Lorraine, a French local community center focused on youth and culture, is involved in disability-related issues since 2003, produces audiovisual projects to raise awareness, share knowledge, and make information more accessible. Yet disability remains a cause of discrimination in France, and inclusion in employment and training is still a major societal challenge tied to accessibility and equal opportunities.

In practice, employment and training stakeholders often lack clear, concrete learning tools to understand disability compensation, challenge misconceptions, and support inclusive workplaces.

Parcours (extra)ordinaires is a web documentary designed as a learning resource for everyone, especially private and public employers, HR teams, and training organizations or apprenticeship centers. The experience uses real stories and situations to show how workplace and training adjustments can enable people with disabilities to work and learn in good conditions.
