The French National Gendarmerie and the Association of French Mayors wanted to maintain ongoing communication with elected officials and support nearly 33,000 mayors in their day-to-day responsibilities.

The challenge was to centralize reliable, actionable information and make it easier to access legal references, programmes, and online services provided by the Gendarmerie, right where officials operate: in the field.

Built with PandaSuite, GEND’ELUS is a mobile app designed for mayors, deputy mayors, and municipal councillors. It provides structured access to practical content that helps officials better understand available services, strengthen prevention efforts, and respond more effectively to common situations.
