The Fort Miles Museum has modernized its tribute initiative, the Wall of Honor, which allows families to purchase engraved brick pavers in honor of loved ones. Originally accompanied by paper-based Memory Books, this system was hard to update and only accessible on-site at the museum.

Using PandaSuite, the museum digitized the entire experience. All data (paver locations, bios, photos, and documents) is now stored in a database and presented via an interactive interface on an Ideum touchscreen kiosk — as well as online for remote access by families and friends.

This unique paver program has been a tremendous success. Loved ones’ stories can now be viewed anytime, anywhere — preserving their memory with dignity and innovation.
